why amateur players are negleted?

there are so many amateur who are good but don't have opportunity
to show their talent
and there so many professional players who are not but they are still
professional
the world is not balanced

Hello Marciano I agree 100% with this. My name is Micah Rau my position is GK and I am 36. International players know my skills are excellent but the professional clubs have not recognized me yet. Age is a biggest hold up but I keep up with the youngest of players. Marciano if you know anyone who would give me a shot at the big time would you let me know please?

one will say to us: the professional is the professional and the amateur is the amateur.
in fact that is a manner pictures of reality one is professional in the manner of behaving, if not nothing else. Then why the amateurs would not become professionals in their turn? just because the balance of the world has a weight of a billion tons of with dimensions and other just with dimensions of the hope.

Well there is a reason why amateurs players are playing in the amateur ranks and the professionals are where they are...many reasons can be attributed to this, from ability right down to attitude.

Example Micah, at 36 you are never going to be able to play professionally, A coach would think to himself why wasn't he noticed at 20 years old, your attitude at 36 may have changed from when you were a "bullet proof" 20 year old, and therefore now you want to play pro football.
Marciano says some amateurs don't get a chance to display their talent, of course they do, every weekend when they play, and if they are good enough, they will get picked up or scouted. And if you are playing in a league you think you are too good to be playing in, then move a league up and go a trial at a club that has better status, move up slowly, a lot of players want to come off the street at 20, join real Madrid and make it...being a professional is hard work, takes dedication, training and right attitude.

Also I do agree there are some amateurs players who are good enough and should be playing professionally, but the cream tends to rise to the top, as in all things in life..and the best footballers are the pros...and deserve to be where they are.

Shawn is correct. The cream rises to the top. And in a world where finding talent is super competitive, it rises very quickly.

When I was 23-24 I thought I was pretty good. Then I played in an exhibition against the Cosmos reserve squad - Dave Clemence, Gary Etherington, Santi Formosa, Roberto DeOliviera, etc. - and was rapidly shown my weaknesses.

There are times when we all feel like our talents and skills are not appreciated. Rather than complain about it, better to get critical analysis and work on your weaknesses.

My skills and vision are very good, fitness good, acceleration not. So I worked 3 months with a personal trainer to improve my acceleration. I'm recently moved from 40+ competitions to top level open leagues. I'll never play pro, but I take great joy from playing 4 times a week at the age of 56.
