I work with children and I organize soccer games with them but it's not a youth soccer program. My best idea for you is to have your uncle enter into big tournaments and if he is successful then more people will want to join the club. Many parents look to sign their children up for teams who have the best quality of training or who have a history in being successful. Since your uncle is just starting out he needs to make it so that it's fun for the children and so that the training is top quality at the same time. The importance is fun! That is why I have had so many children become little soccer "holligans" because I make it fun for them and then they ask their parents to join an organized youth team.
