U14's progress

With 6 games left, I've had some good feedback and comments on the teams conduct and progress so far from a variety of sources including parents, an experienced referee and various opposition coaches, this is very rewarding for me personally as it indicates I have managed to improve the boys general positional awareness, techniques and skills over this season. Weekly coaching schedule

I coach two U14's boys teams on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for 1 hour each and an adult male team Thursdays, re: U14's the majority want to learn and improve technique and skills. however, it only takes a distraction from 2/3 to disrupt the session and is very hard work keeping the group focussed, the adult group are not as bad general faults are poor punctuality.

Anyone have similar experiences?
