About Me:
I am professional life & wellness coach, consultant, writer, mother of two precious adult daughters, and a first time proud grandma of THE WORLD'S CUTEST 2 year old grandson!-- with smooth moves already for dancin' and soccer!

As a life/wellness coach, I am my clients dedicated advocate toward helping them discover what is most important in their lives; dialogue where they are today and help them create strategic plans and actions to where they want to be in the future. Clients focus on 12 practical daily life skill dimensions--relationships/core values, time management, career/money management, recordkeeping, possessions, housekeeping, wellness, meals, childcare, recreation/entertainment, reflection, and life celebration.

Wellness coaching is also a focused specialty for my clients to help them seek, reach, and achieve their highest level of wellness throughout their lives. I work with savvy, proactive consumers & patients needing help creating a wellness team for themselves and navigating our nation’s healthcare system online and offline, particularly with Integrative Healthcare. I also work with dedicated healthcare professionals to create a more patient-centered practice through a coaching relationship.

With my own twenty year wellness journey through many "medical mysteries" to gain back my health and life, I have come away with a passion for people seeking the best in their lives, and a high respect for our nation's healthcare & wellness providers who diligently and compassionately serve their patients' needs.

As I approach my senior years, I continue to love helping people seek, reach, and achieve their life dreams and goals, both professionally and personally. I and my husband, John, have been married an awesome, and miraculous, forty-three years! We both thoroughly enjoy the South Texas life and spending time with family and friends along the beautiful coastlands of California. I also enjoy listening to ole swing band music, reading Clive Cussler mystery/adventure books, as well as shopping with my daughters, of course. Along with encouraging my grandson to get "stuck in", my own personal goals are:

To celebrate life and have those experiences in my life become “a door of hope” for others, professionally and personally.

To be my husband’s life partner and friend...enjoying together the opportunities and challenges life brings our way.

To delight in seeing my special daughters experience life at its fullest...to offer friendship each day, counsel when asked, and unconditional love throughout their lives.

To leave a legacy of hope, faith, and love.

Your Mind link--Angela Musso article

Check out Your Mind and Musso's article.

This is a great article! Musso hits the mark when she helps us focus on skill development and mastery, instead of thinking our worth is all tied up in just winning. Winning is a great feeling and one we all want to experience in the game and life. Yet, when we focus only on winning and we end up losing a game, a job, a relationship, we can easily get caught in seeing ourselves as failures.

One of life's greatest gifts, no matter whether y…

I also mention a new health and wellness segment of Dr. Biz I have been working on. Let me know what you think.

Please send your husband my warm regards.

Sincerely,
