I have been in Italy for nearly four years, I have been assistant coach at a Serie D club which is semi-professional, although most teams train everyday. The language is crucial if you wish to come over and coach. I have taken the longer route, learning the language whilst coaching. I don't recommend following my lead, if I had the choice again I would have learnt at least the basic Italian. However I'm interested in coaching in South Africa, with 2010 WCup in arrival it will be the place to be!
