- like to use a combination of brazilian and dutch ball manipulation routines for developing players, coupled with game related passive exercises that allow the players to complete and become profficient in before allowing opposing players to join, all within a half pitch size area to demonstrate match like conditions, add to this good old fashioned discipline and organsisation and not forgetting the most important factor that it must be in a relaxed fun environment.

- hopefully broaden my experience of the world game as we never stop learning, perhaps make some overseas friends and you never know a job coaching in places that i have not already been to

- it all depends on were my level of experience fits in with the rest of the community
