I am a sportsmassage therapist and conditioning specialist and have helped many soccer players condition for the game and also have helped many heal from injuries, etc.

I am a sports rehabilitation counselor and university professor. I work with athletes at all levels of performance. I work with athletes around issues of stress, visualization, massage and other services.

Soccer Life:

Son played, and at 35, still does. I have been around soccer players for more than 30 years. My best friend owns a soccer equipment and trophy store and my son works with him. They outfit many soccer clubs and teams.

Favorite Style of Play, Players, Coaches, Moments:

My best moments are watching a young soccer player get better and better at the game through hard work and commitment.

The community can help me identify players who may need or want some information to help with their game and I would love to provide that support to players, families and coaches.

A good writer; have a huge database of information, exercise and stretching graphics, nutrition information and much more.

I teach stress management; bodywork; and counseling at the college level.
